STYLE GUIDE

Tip #1:

Dress appropriate for the location, unpredictable weather, and bring extra shoes (if need be!). I want you to be as comfortable as possible and hurting feet won't help anyone! Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations, right?

Tip #2:

When it comes to picking an outfit, there are certain things you definitely want to avoid. I say this to make sure your photos are the best they can be. Some clothing photographs better than others, so please keep that in mind!

 Things to avoid:

     - Avoid neon / fluorescent colors (especially lime green, salmon, or neon orange) as these articles of clothing can distract from the scenery, your faces, or reflect in the sun and cause your skin to have different colors on it.

     - Avoid colors that match the scenery. For example: if we are taking photos in a field of tall, green grass - do NOT wear green.

     - Avoid wearing bold, striped patterns or very heavily patterned articles of clothing. Plaid is okay to an extent, but I do not recommend wearing it if you have another outfit you love more.

Tip #3:

Now that I've listed the things to avoid when it comes to your session, I will now give you examples of things to shoot for (pun intended) when it comes to your outfit!

  Things to wear:

     - Wear neutral colors. Neutral colors are what almost all photographers recommend when it comes to photos, and it's for a good reason. Colors like whites, creams, tans, blacks, blues, or caramels are P E R F E C T for any photo session!

     - Wear different textures - this is a big one!

     - Wear outfits that compliment each other & the shoot location!

   - Wear flowy items. I absolutely love photographing flowy dresses or skirts - these make for amazing photos and give you the option to twirl, throw, and spin that dress around.

   Tip #4:

- Bring a blanket or winter coat, if it's cold. If it's cold, a blanket or coat that photograph well would be the perfect add on for a session.

- You’re never fully dressed without a SMILE :) Be confident and prepare to have lots of fun! If you're confident for your session, you'll look confident in your photos. If you're ready to laugh and have a good time, then you'll look amazing.

“What’s your turnaround time for weddings?”

Depending on your package, I will send out a sneak peek gallery within one week of your wedding. Your final images will be completed within 8 to 12 weeks of your shoot date for weddings and 2 to 4 weeks, for all other sessions. (rush fees apply to early deliveries)

“Do you travel?”

I do and I love it so much! I love going to a new place and meeting new people. It all inspires my creativity so much!

“How do I get my photos?”

You will receive an online gallery that I will send you via email after your session is done. It is very easy to access!

“What is your style?”

Overall, my style is very classic & artistic, and I edit my photos to showcase actual colors. BUT, I’m not your typical “copy-and-paste” kind of photographer. Based on your vision board, I will slightly tweak my filters to fit your mood/vibe. Your wedding day gallery should be unique - just like your love story.

“How many photos do we get?”

This depends on your package of choice, fill out my online form OR send me an email for my packages and pricing!

“Do you deliver RAW files?”

I do not deliver RAW files. RAW files are unedited and therefore are not an accurate representation of my work or my brand. An unedited RAW file does not meet my standard of excellence.

“How do you accept payment?”

For weddings, I book through Honeybook. For all other shoots, I accept payments via Zelle, or Cash. For weddings, all checks must be received no later than ONE WEEK before the event date.

“What if I want to work with you, but you’re out of my budget?”

I will consider working within budgets, for bucket list locations, etc. Please shoot me an email with your max photography budget, with your full wedding deets.
